WDCS – CLOUD WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT NOW AVAILABLE
San Juan, PR (May, 2018) – MultiSystems, Inc. today announced the release of Version 3.0 of its Warehouse
Management System, WDCS Cloud. This system is a paperless mobile Stock Locator application that runs
connected to your ERP, allowing wireless Receipts of Goods, Stock Allocation, Cycle Count, Inventory
Adjustments, Picking and Shipping of Goods with rules establish when the system is setup.
This release, allows a company to run its warehouse using WDCS from the cloud as a service. With this new
architecture, customers’ ERP can run on premise or on the cloud; with seamless integration via WDCS’s
Cloud Connect API. This API (Application Programming Interface) allows for web service interconnection
with other applications.
Together with this release, we announced the availability of off-the-shelf connectors for ERPs such as
Dynamics GP, SAP Business One, Sage 100, Sage 50 and QuickBooks. The connector is the component that
interchanges data with the ERP, providing real time visibility of the warehouse operation.
WDCS Cloud allows the end user to run its warehouse mobile devices via Wi-Fi or via LTE cellular (coverage
and speed dependent), potentially reducing infrastructure cost for the enterprise. It also has new features
including a new Dashboard Landing screen, in the WDCS Console, for users which provides them interactive
visibility of their warehouse operations in a single screen. Another feature available is the Catch Weight SKU
This Warehouse Management System empowers the mobile user to select its Operating System platform,
allowing a variety of devices from commercial grade to rugged enterprise devices. The user can select
between a SSH terminal access, Zebra Velocity Android Touch (Android base) or Web Interface.
This new version is available at no charge to all existing WDCS version 2 customers with an active Service
Contract (upgrade professional services may apply).
