Back in March, Datalogic announced the launch of the of the new Matrix N Line along with the DL.Code configuration software.
The new Datalogic Matrix N Line incorporates the 2D imager Matrix 300N™, the high performance imager Matrix 410N™ and the XRF410N, more oriented for mid-range logistics and sorting applications. Some of the hardware upgrades include more medium range reading options on the Matrix 300N and increased data throughput on the 410N. The XRF410N, is a new model, based on the 410N, with extended field range and designed for a variety of material handling applications for small-to-medium sized objects, with typical scanning depths of 400 mm (15.7 in.) and transportation speeds up to 2.2 m/s (433 fpm).
Now, these new models include the DL.Code software for configuration and set-up. What capture the attention the most about this tool is how easy to install and use this software is. With an intuitive graphical user interface, you can quickly configure devices using drag and drop message formatting, parameter display optimization, and immediate visual feedback on parameter changes and help information. With the graphical code setups, it makes possible for end-users to re-program or adjust online Matrix N Images on the fly.
In addition, the DL.Code tool helps end-users with online monitoring features. It allows to real-time view of the process and diagnose issues for faster solving actions.
